Family is basically made up of individuals having relationships among themselves.
Family is a social institution which has existed throughout the history of society.
In our ancient society we find that the concept of joint family was prevalent. We also have textual traces of the same in our holy books.
With the age of modernisation and globalisation people are adopting the concept of nuclear family, which consists of the husband,wife and their unmarried children. People in India are gradually forgetting their culture (here: family culture).
After getting married children start living with their husbands/wives, forgetting the fact that their parents have grew old and they need them.
In some family,rather in most of the families old people or the elders are reffred to as “burden”, so they are being sent to old-age homes.
Another thing which is also prevalent in this society is owning a flat not a house. You’ll find that how there’s a link between owning a flat and family,ok let me tell you.
Previously, our parents/grandparents used their savings to build a secure ‘house’ for the next generation but now the parents are selling those houses,sending their parents to old age homes and buying new flats/appartments.
I think in the mean time they forget that a day will come when their children will also follow their footsteps.
Families are scaterring…values are being lost… our ancient tradition and culture is disappearing day by day.
If any elderly person is reading this then I would request you that before you make any such decisions, wait and look back and try to recollect your old memories, then again wait and try to foresee that what might happrn in future.

Hey… everyone..

Its my first blog, and I’m not a good writer. This blog will contain my viewpoints on today’s world and many other topics as well, if I do any kind of mistake please fell free to inform me.

INDIA, a country which was famous for its spices,cotton,culture,tradition and unity, once known as the GOLDEN BIRD.This was the reason why so many foreign intruders came and ruined our nation. We were under British colonisation for more than 200 years, then finally on 15th august 1947 we got independence. Did you know that very day at the midnight it was decided that India will be partitioned, and immediately it was decided to integrate all the Princely sates on the basis religious majority.This act is known as the INSTRUMENT OF INTEGRATION, it was pioneered by Sardar Vllab Bhai Patel, the first home minister on Indian Govt. According to this integration policy, states with majority of Hindu population have to integrate with India, and the states with majority of Muslim population have to integrate with Pakistan.

After this incident, Indians started growing with hatred against each other.

In this modern India, we find hundreds of people hate each other just because of their religion, I personally find it very stupid. None has the right to claim which religion is the best, each religious community has their own set of beliefs. Muslim population is one majority population of our nation, still we call them the minorities.

If we the youth start growing up hating each other’s community, we will never be able to make our nation a developed nation, beacuse we live in an ecosystem where we all are interdependent, may be not now, but at certain point of time we will.
